Tami Smith, FNP-C

I was born and raised in Montana and have spent over 20 years in healthcare, always driven by a love for helping others—especially kids. I had the privilege of serving patients in Alaska for the last four years, and now my family and I are excited to move to Texas and soak up some sun! I started out as a CNA and EMT before becoming an RN and earning my Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Purdue University Global. Pediatrics is where my heart truly lies, and I’m thrilled to be joining Well Rooted Pediatrics. My practice blends Western medicine with functional medicine, and I continually advance my training in functional approaches to provide more comprehensive care for the whole child.

When I’m not working, I’m a wife and homeschooling mom of three, and we love spending time outside camping, hunting, and fishing. I’m really looking forward to joining the community in Texas and making a positive impact on the lives of children here.
