Rebecca greco, APRN, CPNP

I am a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care, board certified through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB). I hold bachelor’s degrees in both Psychology and Nursing and began my nursing career in inpatient psychiatry. Originally from upstate New York, I moved to Texas in 2017 and began my career as a pediatric nurse practitioner in integrative pediatrics, caring for children and families at Shine Pediatrics and Natural Choice Pediatrics.

My passion lies in integrative pediatric medicine, where I believe there is value in thoughtfully combining the best of traditional medicine with natural and complementary approaches. I enjoy partnering with families to create individualized care plans that consider the whole child and provide options that align with each family’s needs, values, and goals. I am certified in Homeopathy through the Center for Education and Development of Clinical Homeopathy (CEDH) by Boiron and have been honored to be recognized as one of DFW Moms’ Best Pediatric NPs.

One of the most rewarding parts of being a pediatric nurse practitioner is the opportunity to build meaningful, lasting relationships with my patients and their families. I love watching families grow and being a trusted resource they can turn to throughout every stage of childhood. It is a privilege to support, educate, and advocate for my patients while providing compassionate, personalized care tailored to each child and family.



Outside of the clinic, I’m a mom to two amazing boys who keep life fun and full of adventure. We love sports, exploring, spending time in nature, and making memories together. I’m also a puzzle enthusiast, LEGO lover, and proud Buffalo Bills fan—so there’s never a dull moment!
