Schedule An Appointment

We look forward to caring for your family! To help us provide timely, attentive care to every patient, all visits are scheduled by appointment.

Need to schedule or make a change? Please contact our office as soon as possible so our team can assist you.

  • Appointment Required

All visits require an appointment except in the case of an emergency. Unfortunately, we are unable to see your child if you walk in without an appointment. We will ask you to return later in the day when the schedule allows.

  • Appointment Reminders

Appointment reminders begin 4 days before your scheduled visit, with additional reminders sent 3 days and 2 days before your appointment. You will receive a text or email from our office the day before if you have not confirmed your appointment. We ask that you confirm all appointments as soon as you receive your reminder.

  • Sick Appointments

We do our best to accommodate same-day sick visits for our established patients. To help us maximize availability, please call our office to schedule and be prepared to accept the next available appointment time.

If you call in the morning requesting an afternoon appointment, you may be asked to call back when our afternoon sick appointments are released. Same-day appointments are offered based on availability and cannot be guaranteed..

If you have a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately or refer you to an appropriate facility.

  • Well Appointments

Did you know regular well child visits are one of the most important things you can do to keep your child healthy? Your child should have a well child visit at the recommended intervals (click on the link above).

Well child visits also provide you with the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your child’s health.

We recommend that you call our office 2-3 months in advance to schedule an appointment with your child's primary care provider on the date that best fits your needs.

  • Integrative & Root-Cause Care

Integrative & Root-Cause Appointments are available for new and established patients who are interested in a more in-depth, personalized approach to their child’s health.

Because Functional Medicine appointments require additional time and preparation, they are not scheduled as routine well or sick visits. Please let our front office team know that you are interested in a Functional Medicine appointment so we can schedule the appropriate visit type and provide you with the necessary information before your appointment.

For more information about our approach, services, appointment process, and fees, please visit the Functional Medicine section of our website.

  • Non-Emergency Walk-Ins

Patients who walk in with a non-emergency condition will be fit into the existing schedule as best as possible, or they will be asked to return later in the day when the schedule allows.

  • Arrival & Late Appointments

We ask that you arrive at the requested arrival time provided in your appointment reminder. This allows time for check-in, completion of any required forms, and preparation for your child’s visit.

We understand that delays happen. Our 10-minute grace period begins at your actual appointment time, not the requested early arrival time shown in your reminder.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate you. Depending on provider availability and the schedule that day, we may be able to offer an appointment with another available provider or may need to reschedule your visit.
